I wasn’t able to do the event due to the ocean being closed for water activities. Told by the employee working at the rental store. However viator did not mention that and processed the order. I spent an hour traveling and wasted Lyft money on this transportation which I’m hoping can be reimbursed.

first, I would like to apologize for inconvenience, unfortunately we didn’t control the bay, The city told us it will be available for the 7/25/2022 ,and they change the decision on 7/25/2022 when we found out we call you and apology to you with explanation of the reason why the city close the Bay ,we told you by the phone that we going to cancel your reservation and refund your money back to you and did it , again it really wasn’t in our hand we sorry that your bad experience hope you will be able understand and change your mind. have a great day
