In order to book this tour basic swimming skills & previous snorkeling experience are required. Guest's must be able to swim a short distance to our snorkel board & independently climb up a side boat ladder. Guest must be able to converse in English to understand verbal instructions & safety briefings. Not recommended for guest's who have undergone surgery or have mobility/physical restrictions. Our Manta Policy: Manta Rays are wild animals and Hawaii Island and Ocean Tours cannot guarantee their presence. If a manta ray is not seen on your night out with us you may try again on a different night, or on your next visit. Guests who purchased tickets at our full online booking price may come back out again for free. Tickets purchased through a 3rd party (such as TripAdvisor/Viator/Expedia...etc) or at a discounted rate may join again for an additional $30 per person. Please keep in mind that seats may be extremely limited during certain times of the year. We usually are very successful in finding mantas for you; however if they decide to take the night off the costs involved with setting up the charter will not allow us to offer you a refund. We appreciate your business and understanding of this policy.

Loved everything about this experience. Staff are friendly and professional. Saw 12 mantas up close.... an experience of a lifetime! They are beautiful and it was a privilege to see them in their natural habitat. If you haven't snorkeled with the mantas, be sure to put this on your bucket list. Go with Hawaii Island & Ocean tours for a fun and safe excursion. Appreciated the wetsuits and the short boat ride as we did not get cold at all. A wonderful experience!

The whole team was well organized and provided clear communication throughout the experience. The dive master went out of his way to ensure we saw as many mantas as possible. We were fortunate to have seem 12 on our dive!
