In order to book this tour basic swimming skills & previous snorkeling experience are required. Guest's must be able to swim a short distance to our snorkel board & independently climb up a side boat ladder. Guest must be able to converse in English to understand verbal instructions & safety briefings. Not recommended for guest's who have undergone surgery or have mobility/physical restrictions. Our Manta Policy: Manta Rays are wild animals and Hawaii Island and Ocean Tours cannot guarantee their presence. If a manta ray is not seen on your night out with us you may try again on a different night, or on your next visit. Guests who purchased tickets at our full online booking price may come back out again for free. Tickets purchased through a 3rd party (such as TripAdvisor/Viator/Expedia...etc) or at a discounted rate may join again for an additional $30 per person. Please keep in mind that seats may be extremely limited during certain times of the year. We usually are very successful in finding mantas for you; however if they decide to take the night off the costs involved with setting up the charter will not allow us to offer you a refund. We appreciate your business and understanding of this policy.

We loved our experience! The place was easy to find and they explained everything very clearly and calmed my fears of being in the ocean at night. The manta rays were amazing! Our guide in the water was so helpful and talked to us the whole time while we watched these beautiful creatures up close. This is definitely an experience you won’t forget!

Amazing hands down! Crew was enjoyable, and the Mantas were flipping the entire time brushing against our bodies.

Unbelievable experience from start to finish. The team offered incredible customer service, with wet suits and snorkeling equipment to the hot chocolate after the snorkel. Incredible experience with the manta rays, so close and beautiful.
