In order to book this tour basic swimming skills & previous snorkeling experience are required. Guest's must be able to swim a short distance to our snorkel board & independently climb up a side boat ladder. Guest must be able to converse in English to understand verbal instructions & safety briefings. Not recommended for guest's who have undergone surgery or have mobility/physical restrictions. Our Manta Policy: Manta Rays are wild animals and Hawaii Island and Ocean Tours cannot guarantee their presence. If a manta ray is not seen on your night out with us you may try again on a different night, or on your next visit. Guests who purchased tickets at our full online booking price may come back out again for free. Tickets purchased through a 3rd party (such as TripAdvisor/Viator/Expedia...etc) or at a discounted rate may join again for an additional $30 per person. Please keep in mind that seats may be extremely limited during certain times of the year. We usually are very successful in finding mantas for you; however if they decide to take the night off the costs involved with setting up the charter will not allow us to offer you a refund. We appreciate your business and understanding of this policy.

This was a great time. We saw Mantas so close. Organization was good, easy to find and not crowdy. After snorkeling we had a chance to get some hot tea and coffee and this is definitely needed :)

This tour is a cannot miss. Completely exhilarating. You truly haven’t visited big island until you grab onto the lighted board and peer down into the water at these majestic beasts. Must see.

A must do experience on the big island! No snorkel experience necessary as you hold on to a board and are tugged along by a boat. So many mantas and we were lucky to see dolphins on our tour! The tea/hot chocolate at the end of the tour was a nice way to warm up! Bring a underwater camera if possible.
