In order to book this tour basic swimming skills & previous snorkeling experience are required. Guest's must be able to swim a short distance to our snorkel board & independently climb up a side boat ladder. Guest must be able to converse in English to understand verbal instructions & safety briefings. Not recommended for guest's who have undergone surgery or have mobility/physical restrictions. Our Manta Policy: Manta Rays are wild animals and Hawaii Island and Ocean Tours cannot guarantee their presence. If a manta ray is not seen on your night out with us you may try again on a different night, or on your next visit. Guests who purchased tickets at our full online booking price may come back out again for free. Tickets purchased through a 3rd party (such as TripAdvisor/Viator/Expedia...etc) or at a discounted rate may join again for an additional $30 per person. Please keep in mind that seats may be extremely limited during certain times of the year. We usually are very successful in finding mantas for you; however if they decide to take the night off the costs involved with setting up the charter will not allow us to offer you a refund. We appreciate your business and understanding of this policy.

Great experience and recommended. Small group of six people, quick tour with short conmute from the harbor to the Manta spot, and just right amount of time in the water and seeing Mantas swimming around you.

My family of five couldn’t wait to do this activity since we’d heard so much about it. Registration was quick and easy and we rented a go-pro since we had battery issues with our camera. Our chairs in Dylan explained the process on our quick ride out to the platform, where Zack then took over. He provided a commentary of useful information about the manta rays but also allowed lots of silence for us to simply enjoy the moment. We saw eight rays and are so thrilled for our exciting adventure. Once in a lifetime! I’d really recommend booking this smaller tour because you’re in and out of the marina in 75 minutes, instead of much longer with the larger groups. Don’t hesitate to book this! Memories for a lifetime.
