In order to book this tour basic swimming skills & previous snorkeling experience are required. Guest's must be able to swim a short distance to our snorkel board & independently climb up a side boat ladder. Guest must be able to converse in English to understand verbal instructions & safety briefings. Not recommended for guest's who have undergone surgery or have mobility/physical restrictions. Our Manta Policy: Manta Rays are wild animals and Hawaii Island and Ocean Tours cannot guarantee their presence. If a manta ray is not seen on your night out with us you may try again on a different night, or on your next visit. Guests who purchased tickets at our full online booking price may come back out again for free. Tickets purchased through a 3rd party (such as TripAdvisor/Viator/Expedia...etc) or at a discounted rate may join again for an additional $30 per person. Please keep in mind that seats may be extremely limited during certain times of the year. We usually are very successful in finding mantas for you; however if they decide to take the night off the costs involved with setting up the charter will not allow us to offer you a refund. We appreciate your business and understanding of this policy.

These mantas are way bigger than expected and they come so incredibly close. Incredibly intimate encounter that was magical. Kind of frightening at first due their size but you relax into it and enjoy the show the Mantas put on. Getting suited up and the rundown by the crew is very quick and simple, time isn’t wasted by some grand introduction. It’s all about you and the Mantas

We had the best time! Amazing operation. Only 6 of us on the boat. The crew was excellent, made us feel so safe and they had everything we needed. Kelly out manta guide was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about mantas. And we saw a ton of these magical mantas on our tour, couldn’t have gone better! Highly recommend them!!
