If you can only do one thing in the Big Island this should be the one. Awesome in your face encounter with Manta Rays ! There were at least 10 of them swimming around us the entire time. What an epic experience!

This was an overall really fun experience if you are looking to see some manta rays up close. The crew did a good job of providing all the gear you need. I would recommend bringing a waterproof case for your phone/camera to record videos other wise they have some for sale for $20. When we got there, we waited for about 10 minutes for the group before us to get back. The water was warm enough that you don't really need a wetsuit. I was surprised that when we got out there, we were actually linked up with another tour group from another boat rather than being in our own area. It wasn't as personal as they advertised but we did see a lot of manta rays (about 3 were swimming beneath us). The guide who was in the water with us was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of cool facts.
