In order to book this tour basic swimming skills & previous snorkeling experience are required. Guest's must be able to swim a short distance to our snorkel board & independently climb up a side boat ladder. Guest must be able to converse in English to understand verbal instructions & safety briefings. Not recommended for guest's who have undergone surgery or have mobility/physical restrictions. Our Manta Policy: Manta Rays are wild animals and Hawaii Island and Ocean Tours cannot guarantee their presence. If a manta ray is not seen on your night out with us you may try again on a different night, or on your next visit. Guests who purchased tickets at our full online booking price may come back out again for free. Tickets purchased through a 3rd party (such as TripAdvisor/Viator/Expedia...etc) or at a discounted rate may join again for an additional $30 per person. Please keep in mind that seats may be extremely limited during certain times of the year. We usually are very successful in finding mantas for you; however if they decide to take the night off the costs involved with setting up the charter will not allow us to offer you a refund. We appreciate your business and understanding of this policy.

This was the most memorable event for my family. We loved every moment of this experience. Upon arrival to departure we were thorough impressed. Our water guide was well educated and taught us so much about the gentle giants beneath us. The staff was professional and knowledgeable.

Wonderful experience! Nice small group. Very informative guide. The manta rays come very close. We went with our two children ages 8 and 11. They had a great time!

Great tour and guides. Rays circling around even before we hit the water. Bring a Go Pro and be prepared for delays before boarding. It’s worth the wait! Seas are rough this week so take Dramamine as needed, follow instructions and hold on tight!
