In order to book this tour basic swimming skills & previous snorkeling experience are required. Guest's must be able to swim a short distance to our snorkel board & independently climb up a side boat ladder. Guest must be able to converse in English to understand verbal instructions & safety briefings. Not recommended for guest's who have undergone surgery or have mobility/physical restrictions. Our Manta Policy: Manta Rays are wild animals and Hawaii Island and Ocean Tours cannot guarantee their presence. If a manta ray is not seen on your night out with us you may try again on a different night, or on your next visit. Guests who purchased tickets at our full online booking price may come back out again for free. Tickets purchased through a 3rd party (such as TripAdvisor/Viator/Expedia...etc) or at a discounted rate may join again for an additional $30 per person. Please keep in mind that seats may be extremely limited during certain times of the year. We usually are very successful in finding mantas for you; however if they decide to take the night off the costs involved with setting up the charter will not allow us to offer you a refund. We appreciate your business and understanding of this policy.

Be very careful where you park. It’s dark, crowded and a bit chaotic. We thought we were in a legal spot. We returned to find two tickets. Several cars next to us had the same.

Had a great time. Didn’t get to see any mantas but that’s ok. Still had a fantastic time. And an excuse to do it again. Our boat captain was great explaining the rules & experience on the very calm & short ride out. Our guide was so knowledgeable & helpful & I learned much from him. Can’t wait to book again. Mahalos for an amazing time!

This was magical. Several manta rays swam around us the entire time we were in the water. They come within inches and even rubbed against some of us. You are not allawed to touch them, but it is ok if they touch you. Our family of 6 all really enjoyed this! Highly recommend.
