In order to book this tour basic swimming skills & previous snorkeling experience are required. Guest's must be able to swim a short distance to our snorkel board & independently climb up a side boat ladder. Guest must be able to converse in English to understand verbal instructions & safety briefings. Not recommended for guest's who have undergone surgery or have mobility/physical restrictions. Our Manta Policy: Manta Rays are wild animals and Hawaii Island and Ocean Tours cannot guarantee their presence. If a manta ray is not seen on your night out with us you may try again on a different night, or on your next visit. Guests who purchased tickets at our full online booking price may come back out again for free. Tickets purchased through a 3rd party (such as TripAdvisor/Viator/Expedia...etc) or at a discounted rate may join again for an additional $30 per person. Please keep in mind that seats may be extremely limited during certain times of the year. We usually are very successful in finding mantas for you; however if they decide to take the night off the costs involved with setting up the charter will not allow us to offer you a refund. We appreciate your business and understanding of this policy.

so excited for this trip. We saw 2 meter manta . we are soooo lucky！！ the people there also nice for us and let me feel safely.

This excursion got the job done. If you want to see manta, this is the most simplistic way to go. All equipment is included. Just do it!

It is literally a 5 min boat ride right next to the Outrigger. There is a viewing deck at the Outrigger you can watch from if you do not go on the snorkel. This tour is all about the guide. My 10 year old had Kelly who knows every manta ray in this location. She would steer the surfboard towards them and move with them. Without a guide like her you may not see a single one. She kept my daughter comforted and safe. My daughter had the best experience. This was well done by people who care about the animals and their clients.
