In order to book this tour basic swimming skills & previous snorkeling experience are required. Guest's must be able to swim a short distance to our snorkel board & independently climb up a side boat ladder. Guest must be able to converse in English to understand verbal instructions & safety briefings. Not recommended for guest's who have undergone surgery or have mobility/physical restrictions. Our Manta Policy: Manta Rays are wild animals and Hawaii Island and Ocean Tours cannot guarantee their presence. If a manta ray is not seen on your night out with us you may try again on a different night, or on your next visit. Guests who purchased tickets at our full online booking price may come back out again for free. Tickets purchased through a 3rd party (such as TripAdvisor/Viator/Expedia...etc) or at a discounted rate may join again for an additional $30 per person. Please keep in mind that seats may be extremely limited during certain times of the year. We usually are very successful in finding mantas for you; however if they decide to take the night off the costs involved with setting up the charter will not allow us to offer you a refund. We appreciate your business and understanding of this policy.

From start to finish , attentive , knowledgeable, friendly and efficient ! Corey really knows how to handle his craft in the sea while maintaining safety. I left my wallet on the van and was promptly called , integrity goes along way with me ! Thank you guys and gals for an excellent adventure ! My wife and 6 year old daughter had a great time too!!

We loved this experience. I was told by so many of my friends to do this and we were not disappointed. At the end everyone said it was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful and they had tea and hot chocolate with snack for us after. We were lucky and had 6-8 manta rays swimming around us. We would definitely do this again.
