This 6-hour cruise explores Kenai Fjords National Park and visits an actively calving tidewater glacier in beautiful Aialik Bay. Our experienced captains will narrate your cruise and point out wildlife such as whales, sea otters, sea lions, puffins, and more. Stop at the mighty Holgate or Aialik Glacier and float among the icebergs as you watch for calving, where giant chunks of ice break off and crash into the ocean. This cruise will travel about 100 miles round-trip through Resurrection Bay into Kenai Fjords National Park.

Resurrection Bay

We had so much fun on the boat. We saw killer whales, Alaskan porpoises, some Eagles, and sea otters. The glacier was awesome and the margaritas over glacier ice was an added bonus.

Breathtaking! The beauty and the scenery on this cruise was off the charts. The whole experience surpassed our expectations and then some. The captain and the crew outstanding. Lunch and the sandwiches were far better than anticipated. Too frequently you go on some thing like that and offers a free lunch and you really wish you would’ve packed your own.

We took the insane 6 hour tour out to the Kenai fjords and active glacier. Along the way way we saw bald eagles, orcas, Dall’s porpoises (swam with us briefly), sea lions sunning themselves, sea otters sleep/floating, rhino auklets and the most stunning scenery. It is pretty remote, wet and wild; bring rain gear. The boat is clean and remarkably roomy. People are assigned tables but they move around a lot. Even when there was a wildlife spotting, everyone on the deck seemed to get a view/picture. The staff are fantastic and friendly, the captain was so knowledgeable and stayed for sometime in the vicinity of the orcas, moving the boat slightly to put the whales in the right light and give us all a chance to see them. It was beyond words.
