We enjoyed the Spring Resurrection Bay Tour so much. We got to see all kinda wild life from sea otters to whales. They had a fantastic lunch and even a vegan option. The crew and staff were super friendly and the captain she was very knowledgeable about everything on the tour this is definitely a must do if visiting anywhere in Alaska. They even baked us cookies!!!

The captain saved my son‘s adventure by helping him with his sensory issues. hands down one of the best days we’ve had in years we saw a bunch of wildlife. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to do this again. I would recommend this trip for anyone with children. I also appreciated the captain reminding adults to make space for kids to view the wildlife. It was very thoughtful of him and appreciated.

Unfortunately, the day I went was rainy, and the weather was so cold and unpleasant, but overall, I still had a good experience. The staffs were friendly and service-oriented, and the narration was great. I got to see some amazing animals. One thing I would like to mention is the management of solo travelers. I was assigned to sit with a large family who seemed to have little regard for manners and acted as if I didn't exist. The worst part was when I went outside with my bag, and when I returned, they had taken my seat. Perhaps they thought I would never come back, but that was my seat. This even happened twice, but for the second time, they apologized to me so I will let it slide. I understand this wasn't directly your fault, it was more about the behavior of those individuals. However, I still want to provide this feedback in the hope that a better solution might be found for solo travelers to avoid situations like this in the future.
