Another fantastic trip booked via Viator. I have now used this company for trips in both New York and Florida. Not do you only save money from booking on the day, but never had any issues with the bookings. Easy and convenient way of planning your day trips on holiday. Would highly recommend.

This place is absolutely spectacular! Came here recently while visiting my son who attends college in the Orlando area and had the most amazing time. I cannot say enough how amazing this place is. We only came for one day and still did not have enough time to see everything. We will definitely be coming back. The bus tour was so cool. We got to see all the places where history has been made. It was very humbling and very inspiring at the same time. And Wow...to see Artemis on it's launchpad was just breathtaking! If you are visiting the area this is an absolute must on your to do list. I cannot wait to come back!

Loved the Space Center, and would recommend it to anyone. The woman in the will call window helped me tremendously with an issue I was having with getting tickets. I had booked through Viator, and received emails from yet a different travel agency. Between them, all I received was vouchers, which the Space Center did not accept, they needed the tickets. We were able to reach the intermediate agent, who told me how to retrieve the actual ticketsā€¦that didnā€™t work. Then the space center representative called, and was told the same thing, which didnā€™t work. Finally the intermediate agent agreed to resend the tickets to me. This all took about an hour in the heat. Traveling with a son who is Down Syndrome/Autism, this was difficult for him. My friend finally took him to the visitor information center to cool off. When I got things resolved and got in there, I asked an agent about a wheelchair for my son. I was told loudly and rudely that they do not rent to children. The agent found me later and said they DO rent to children and to come with her. At that point I was done. I told her never mind weā€™d do without it. After that it was slow, but enjoyable. Lots of information, great sense of anticipation and excitement! There was a launch while we were there that was pretty great to see, and we really enjoyed the imax show. We left with souvenirs -tshirts and a keychain. This was the long way to say that I highly recommend the Kennedy Space Center. When you do go, just get your tickets straight through them. Donā€™t book through Viator. Too many hands involved, and all blaming someone else.
