Went with friends and family including two teenagers. Everyone enjoyed the place, and we also just happened to be there when a SpaceX rocket launched in the afternoon, which none of us had ever seen live before. The reason Iā€™m giving only three stars is because of the employees working the shuttle experience. Itā€™s a stationary ride similar to Star Tours at Disneyland, and the ride itself was pretty fun. We (about 30 people getting on the ride) were waiting next to the automated doors to go on to the ride, when the doors opened. So naturally we all started walking toward the doors, but apparently the operators had opened to doors only to let someone inside off of the ride. As we started walking toward the door, this septuagenerian curmudgeon started shouting at us, ā€œDo not go in! DO. NOT. GO. IN!ā€ As if we were inmates on our first day in jail. Everyone was looking at each other, like, jeez lady relax. These control freaks operating the shuttle experience ride seem like they hate people and hate their job. They should be fired and replaced with employees who actually want to be there. Itā€™s probably too late to teach them any people skills. At minimum go to Disney World and observe how the employees deal with large groups of people. You employees came to Florida, aka Godā€™s Waiting Room, to retire. Live that dream.

Getting our tickets to work was full of anxiety. I did not like Viator procedures. The Kennedy Space Center was great. Every exhibition was memorable. Where we've been to where we are going. the number one highlight was the Shuttle simulator.

Kennedy Space Center is a must-do! City Sightseeing Orlando sent us our tickets the night before our scheduled visit. We didn't even need to print them out; we just scanned our phones at the entrance. Each exhibit has a range of activities for all ages. We marveled at all the real NASA equipment and our toddler enjoyed all the play areas and interactive displays.
