If you are concerned about seasickness, please note that this tour stays in the calm, protected waters of the Inside Passage and does not go out into the open ocean; large waves and rough seas will not be encountered
Guests must be able to navigate a 9-step boarding ladder to enter the vessel. Each step is approx 6" high. Guests are seated during the entire tour
Wheelchairs, strollers and walkers are not taken on board the boat; instead they are taken at the bottom of the boarding ladder and taken to a dry, secure area during the tour and returned at the conclusion of the tour

We went on the Duck Tour with Captain D and Gil. We loved it! It was very informative and I loved all the stories, and history of the area. It is obvious that Gil has worked very hard to bring the flavor of Ketchikan to the tourist. As a result, I loved the feeling of community that we felt Ketchikan had, not just a touristy stop. After the tour, we visited some of the sights that we saw. We would love to return and do this activity again. I stopped by the physical shop, and they could not have been nicer as well. I think it was Megan? not sure, but she was such a sweetheart! Visited on 8/29/17.

By all means take this tour of Ketichcan...great scenery . Tour guides very informative. Ketichcan was a fun place to visit with alot if history.

Captain Bruce and Alex made the trip interesting and fun. Alex showed a keen sense of humour and was very entertaining as well as being very knowledgeable. Would recommend this tour.
