I booked this excursion through princess cruises. My 1st duck tour and I was not disappointed. Enjoyed the corny jokes and the combination of land and harbor tour. I will definitely try another Duck tour. I did buy 2 duck whistles for souvenirs which were reasonable and unique.

The Duck Tour folks overbooked the number of customers, and we wasted a lot of time crammed into the cramped amphibious bus while they booted two off and a half dozen or more were not let in (nowhere to sit). We only had 4 hrs off ship, so we rather loathed the half hour of wasted time. Money grab. It's just where you want to spend your $49 as to whether I'd recommend it. Also the guide up front would not shut up. Still, it was interesting, and the Captain and guide overall were nice people. Anyway, I'd say it was a so-so to pretty good excursion. You decide.

Thank you for taking the time to review Ketchikan Duck Tour. The US Coast Guard regulates the maximum amount of people to 49 guests. We are sorry you felt cramped. And we agree, our Captains and Narrators are nice people and we were glad to see you had a pretty good time.

We had driver Erik and guide Isiah for our trip. Isiah is a local native young man and did an excellent job on our tour. He gave a good local flavor to the information he was giving. Wish him well on his endeavors in becoming a cruise ship captain!
