If you are concerned about seasickness, please note that this tour stays in the calm, protected waters of the Inside Passage and does not go out into the open ocean; large waves and rough seas will not be encountered
Guests must be able to navigate a 9-step boarding ladder to enter the vessel. Each step is approx 6" high. Guests are seated during the entire tour
Wheelchairs, strollers and walkers are not taken on board the boat; instead they are taken at the bottom of the boarding ladder and taken to a dry, secure area during the tour and returned at the conclusion of the tour

This was an interesting tour. Drive around the city, go into the water and see the city from the water. Of course, this is not a big city to see. The tour guide was 15 and in High School. He was good.

My wife and parents took the Duck Tour in Ketchikan. It was a great trip. Highly recommend. The guide was excellent.

We were on a duck with Gil as narrator and Captain D. The trip around Ketchikan was informative and funny, and when we ventured on the water, both Captain D and Gil searched for wildlife to make our trip even better. (We did see eagles and sea otters). A very good introduction to Ketchikan and definitely worth the money.
