Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
All guests are required to sign an insurance/liability waiver in order to participate
Drivers must be at least 25 years old and are required to show a current driver's license
Minimum age for the tour is 5 years
Children must weigh at least 40 lbs (18 kg) in order to fit into the required life jacket
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
Children 13-17 must have a signed parental consent form to participate in the absence of a parent or guardian

What To Expect

Tongass National Forest

For the Jeep® portion of this safari adventure, you will join up to three other guests, with plenty of opportunities to change drivers for those who want to get behind the wheel! While you traverse the mountain roads of the Tongass National Forest, your guide provides you with interesting and informative commentary using a two-way radio. You'll be fascinated by the area's natural history as you pass through old growth and new growth forests and stop for magnificent views and photo opportunities along the way.

What an amazing excursion in Ketchikan on our Alaskan cruise. Driving Jeeps on old logging roads in the Rainforest; then a canoe trip on a beautiful mountain lake. Awesome day.

This excursion was awesome!! My family and I got to drive the jeeps, adventure on the canoe, and walk on the nature trail after eating a delicious snack. I highly recommend this multi-faceted adventure! Best part was our guide, Colt, made the adventure SO fun, safe, and full of great facts about Alaska and Ketchikan. I highly recommend him as a guide as well as adding this onto your trip! (Photo is on the way to the off roading jeep adventure)
