30min van ride up into the mountains to a large lake. Fun canoe tour of the lake. Short nature walk and good snacks (clam chowder). Our guide Rose was great - informative and fun. Lots of kids. Canoeing was kind of short and was just a circle around the lake. But the lake is gorgeous. Safe, level trail for the nature walk.

My wife (who is not a swimmer) and I went on this excursion. The tour guide, a young lady named Dakota, was an excellent guide. The canoeing was not too difficult with the other 4 couples. It was somewhat rainy and cool, but if you layer and wear appropriate clothing the weather won't matter. We had very good food (clam chowder, coffer, hot chocolate, etc.) and the nature walk was very informative. I highly recommend this tour.

Rainy day but not cold. Waterproofs provided which worked well to keep us dry and warm. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Hosts Dan, Chad and Dakota were friendly, knowledgeable and made a small group feel welcome. Thanks guys.
