The staff was great. Rachel, Brandon, Steven and Jordan. Very informative, competent, humorous and diligent. There were 79 people on board but we did not feel crowded. The boat, Marquesa was huge. Plenty big Snorkeling was wonderful. I was apprehensive thinking that it being key west the reef would be sparse. And there was going to be only one dive spot. There was only one spot but we were able to spend an hour. Not so. EDR Eastern Dry Rock did not disappoint. Of course if you’ve been to Belize you’d be disappointed. But we saw plenty. I enjoyed hovering over a variety of coral and fiollowed a 2 foot rainbow fish. The open bar after snorkeling was pretty great too. Worth it.

Very nice staff and beautiful overall property that needs some updating in rooms. This is not a cheap place to stay so I would expect the rug in the hallway should be clean and free from stains, it was neither. I know that this is a historic property and it has been updated to a point but could use some details like shower floor and bathroom doors. The pool area could use more seating but is nice there are plenty of amenities on or close to property. I would recommend the resort but do hope that they update again soon

It was a great day and experience for the family. The kids enjoyed seeing the different fish and coral species. The staff were courteous and helpful.
