The water was so choppy the day of our excursion that it was impossible to enjoy snorkeling. While I understand that the weather is not controlled by the company, they made a very poor decision in not postponing our trip. We had an absolutely horrible time and will not be returning. Worst money spent the entire week.

I am sorry that you did not enjoy your excursion. We look at all the tools available to us (weather reports and reports from other boats that are out before us) to make our decision. Occasionally we do make the wrong decision, had you come into our office and spoke with manager, we would have offered some sort of solution, either another trip or partial refund. Again I apologize for you less than desirable experience.

Fun afternoon outing to great reef from key west. Catamaran equipped with bar, bathroom and plenty of seating in shade. Crew professional and fun. Safety precautions throughout made us feel safe. Easy on and off ladder for in and out of water. Noodles used with vests made it easy to snorkel. Saw lots of fish and coral. Trip was a total of 3 hours. Very good value too. I recommend!
