Highly recommend! The staff was amazing and seemed very experienced. Made everyone feel safe the whole trip and taught us a lot about the reefs and all the different animals. We had the perfect trip seeing a lot of different fish and even saw dolphins. Would definitely do it again!

We were confused where to go as there were multiple places and when we got there the boat was still loading. We already had out tickets and had done our waiver online but they refused to let us on the boat. They wouldn’t give us a refund and we had no time to reschedule for another day. Then the tour operator told Viator a lie that we arrived after the boat had already left. I’m unhappy with both the tour operator and Viator for not making it more clear where to go. The pickup and departure did not state the business name.
