We were very excited to go on the reef snorkeling tour with Sebago. However, when the time came they said that the weather would not permit us to go to the reef. Instead they took us to a secondary spot that had no marine wildlife at all and let us snorkel for about 30 minutes. The boat ride took forever to and from the dock with hardly anytime in the water. If you want a good snorkeling experience in Key West, I would look elsewhere.

First, I would like to apologize for your bad experience. We try very hard to provide a quality trip for all our passengers. It sounds as though your bad experience was influenced by weather, which we have no control of. We often go on questionable days after warning our passengers and giving them the option to reschedule or cancel. If this did not happen on your day, I am sorry. Had you come into the office after the trip, we would have made it right for you as our company philosophy is no one walks away mad.

Everything and everyone was wonderful! We enjoyed it so much, we went back and did it again on the second day and then went for a sunset sail with them as well. Great time had by all.
