We signed up for snorkeling. They loaded the boat and the engine would not start. They told us we could go back to the office and re-book or get our money back. We saw a sign for parasailing by the same company. We asked if we could apply our funds to the parasailing. No problem. The lady at the register kept trying to get the manager to give us a break and she refused. We had to pay twice as much for the difference which didn't make sense. Then we had to wait around until it was time for our ride. I think Sebago could have done better.
