We had a great time with Capt. Joe, Dominic, Cody, and Mitchell on the Maequesa on 5/11. They pivoted from their normal spot as the morning group had a bit of a rough ride. He ensured a smooth afternoon for us, which was appreciated. The boat was full but they made sure everyone was comfortable with a solid safety briefing and 'snorkel school'. We didn't see a whole lot of fish but enjoyed being out in the nice warm water and floating around. Even if snorkeling isn't your thing, you can enjoy relaxing in the water with a pool noodle. With landshark and shock top on tap on the way back our multi-tasking crew kept everyone happy. Great afternoon guys! Thanks so much!

Hi Michelle, Thank you for choosing Sebago for you snorkeling excursion. We're so glad you had a good time on Marquesa with our crew, they loved having you! We hope that you come back to Key West soon and enjoy another trip with us.

On both of our cruises with Sebago, the staff (including onshore) were very professional. There was a newbie being trained (same guy on both cruises), so we were listening in on the training, which was very good. I would be interested to know if any of the staff had lifeguard training, although on the reef snorkel trip they had staff in the water with flotation devices. The preliminary safety talks were well done. The Reef Snorkel cruise was windy, and therefore choppy, so we senior citizens didn't go in. We did hear the water was murky, but that goes with wind and chop. The Sunset Cruise was perfect.

Let me start off by saying the crew were very professional, and did their jobs. Have no complaints about that, however I do about the fact that we called the morning of, and were told the winds were under 10 mph, so it was a good day to go out. We arrived and had our own equipment so didnā€™t have to go through the ā€˜fittingā€™ and handing out of equipment. We booked the morning excursion. When we got to the place- not even sure if it was the Great Barrier Reef now that I am reading previous reviews that some got taken to little reefs. Thatā€™s what this seemed like. Nothing to see at all. It was rather choppy, but once you had your face in the water it was clear. We have snorkeled many times before, at many islands, and this was way under average. I would say that wherever we were taken was mostly dead, and so minimal. We were so disappointed.
