Booked this excursion several weeks ago for a day that our cruise ship would be in port. A week before they called to cancel my trip. Seems their boat got a charter so they just cancelled all the other individuals that had booked already. Shoddy way to to business!!

We had a schedule change and notified guests A FULL WEEK in advance. Our vessel had a required inspection that was moved up. We contacted the guests that were booked to see if they could switch them to a different excursion or another time or to another company. We do appreciate cruise ship guests that book independently with us. But we do not operate according to the very limited cruise line schedule. As someone whom does not think that the world only revolves only around me I believe a weeks notice is fair and reasonable.

The crew was very friendly. The boat was clean and felt safe. We went out an hour to the reef. The weather caused choppy seas and we saw no fish. We spent an hour in the water which was wonderful. Wish we had seen fish, but my granddaughter loved the ride!

The crew was amazing! Bethany and Vohn were so helpfull and friendly. We took a very bumpy ride out to the reef because of high winds that day, but when we got to the reef it was much calmer. We saw so many fish. It was like swimming in a big aquarium. After our snorkel we had a nice selection of adult beverages. When we were out to the reef another local outfit came to snorkel. They spent half the time there. I am so glad we chose Sebago. Would definitely book this again!
