We went with family and friends. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. We did not see any reef or fish as the water was too cloudy; which was very disappointing, but not Sebago's fault.

Our 9:00AM trip was cancelled because they did not have enough people. I know this can happen but it was the second time for us. Call came in at 8:15 when we had already left the cruise ship and were walking 15 minutes to our suggested 8:30 arrival. Don't carry cell phones on a catamaran. Luckily there was another company's trip available.

We have been fortunate here in Key West that after Irma business is returning as much as it has. Many lodging establishments still have not reopened. I'm sure from the perspective of someone whom just stepped off a cruise ship they don't see anything out of the ordinary. If we must cancel a tour we will upgrade the guest or reschedule. If the guest comes off a cruise then at the least we will set them up with another company as in this case. Most people would understand this. Common sense says you would also be carrying your cell phone. We appreciate everyone whom has visited us these past few months and helped us to return to business.

This company was perfect, very friendly and informative. Captain Morgan, Sam and another girl that I forgot her name made our trip special. Smaller company so we had less people on boat which was nice. Took us out to the reef which was really fun. Provided everything we could need including equipment, water and other refreshments!
