Had to cancel with less than 24-hour notice due to a back injury. So we lost $238. We did not get to snorkel. Too bad they don't have an option for cancellation insurance. This experiene/loss will make me less likely to make a reservation in advance, due to the possibility of a potential medical problem. Live and learn.
