Boat was crowded. Only 1/3 of the time spent snorkeling and took 15 minutes of the hour of snorkeling to get everyone in the water. Operator should cancel trips when water conditions are such that you can’t see the reef or any fish.

Needed a refund for a trip that was canceled due to weather and took over an hour to get a refund and still not correct!

This was our second time on Sebago - they have touring done right! This was half day last time we did whole day and it was even better! Shout out to TJ he was a rockstar even helped a young boy who was very frightened get into the ocean! London was the least friendly of the crew. I will use Sebago if I come again. The tour was all that was promised and budget friendly.
