I liked it so much the first time. I took the tour again and was disappointed with the staff. My kayak had a hole in it and was taking on water slowly. I sat in water the whole entire time. The guide did dump the water once. Another time the guide gave me her cup to scoop the water out. She apologized but should've offered a discount for another tour or refunded my money or a portion. The guide, Linsey, seemed knowledgeable but was not impressed with her suggesting $10 per person tip. I understand she is in the service industry and they work on tips but to tell me how much to tip is absolutely inappropriate. My husband was going to tip $30 and I told him no $20 ($10 for each) is what's he asked for. I personally would have given her less. No one offered to help you up from the kayak when you disembark. The trip left me so disappointed and angry on such a beautiful city. I'm trying not to let this ruin the rest of my day.
