Wonderful overview of the key west area. Very clean tram (train) and friendly staff made the trip a fun experience. Gave us a wonderful overview of the area, and great history.

We took this as an excursion offered through Carnival. It satisfied our need to see the town without walking. There were plenty of folks on the dock directing us to the train (tram) which was parked less than 5 minutes away. We always use this method of getting around...but we don't get off anywhere. If we want to get to a specific place, we always book a tour/transport that takes us directly to whatever it is we want to see because you never know how long the time between train stops will be. The distance from the end stop to the dock was less than a 10-minute walk for two seniors to do.

Really fun way to see downtown! Friendly for seniors/people who can't tolerate walking too long, especially in the heat. It went with the flow of the traffic so the only negative I have to say is that I wish the trip wasn't so quick; it seemed like the guides had a lot more to say than the time allowed. Can't remember our first driver but Rob was a great tour guide with a very clear voice
