Having done multiple Key West excursions, my wife and I decided to give the America 2.0 a chance for something a little nicer. Wow. Sailing with Captain Amber and crew Kayla, Aaron, Kelsey and John was sailing perfection. This crew was not only more than capable of a smooth and seamless cruise, they made it look easy. Less than stellar wind conditions did not deter the Captain and crew from getting us in a perfect spot for a magnificent Key West Sunset. The champagne, top shelf beer and wine, cheese platters and perfect shrimp cocktail only enhanced the experience. This trip may be different than the rest, but it is different for a reason. You will not be disappointed.

Even though the sunset was not cooperative, the experience was still amazing. To be on America 2.0 was a thrill as Tim and I are both avid sailors. Tim even got time at the helm- still can’t wipe the smile off his face. The crew was attentive, the captain, Ashely, was seasoned and to watch them raise the sails was impressive. Don’t miss the opportunity to sail on this ship!

We’ve been to Key West several times and always did a Sunset Cruise. Some were trashy cheap, others ok. This was the best we’ve done. Yes you pay a little bit more but it’s a smaller boat with excellent staff, with champagne and food like shrimps and cheese included. Absolutely loved it and highly recommend it, especially to couples.
