We had a wonderful sunset cruise in Key West. The boat was beautiful (make sure you hear the boat's history) and the crew was excellent. We enjoyed the sunset with an adventurous group of people and drank wine and ate hors d'oeuvres on a warm, windy evening. People were encouraged to take a turn at the tiller which added to the fun. We are definitely glad we did this.

We love sharing the exciting history of this beautiful boat- a tribute to the original 1851 America (the namesake of the America's Cup), and the thrill of taking her helm is unlike anything you'll experience elsewhere!

We were just walking. by when Don (The gentleman booking guests) struck up a conversation with us. I am so happy he did. He told us all about the vessel and its history. We decided to go on the sunset cruise....and I am soooooo glad we did. This was such a cool trip out on the ocean. The Captain even let some of us steer the ship. If you get the chance to go, take it! Drinks and finger foods are included and they were very tasty.

We booked this last minute on a whim and are so glad we did! This is truly sailing rather than a party boat. Our Captain was a young woman and most of the crew were female, which was amazing. We had some wind that day and they had that vessel flying through the water. It was breathtaking! We were the only boat to head for deep water and open ocean where she could really demonstrate what the boat could do. Somehow they managed to serve us all drinks and appetizers while at a steep angle with the wind whipping all around...and still work the sails! I have never experienced anything like it. Made me want to do it again!!! I have mad respect for this Captain and crew. If you want a real sailing experience, the America 2.0 is it! Hang on and be prepared to catch the wind!!!
