My family and I had a great experience at Koloa Zipline! We were off to a rocky start when our tour got canceled on the day-of and we needed to call to reschedule (towards the end of our trip, so we had very limited options as this place SELLS OUT). When we called, the person on the phone (I forgot their name!) was incredibly professional and helpful, providing multiple options for how to salvage the activity, and my family and I (5 of us) ended up splitting into smaller groups across a few different time slots. When we got there, we found out that the reason it was canceled was a guide going to the hospital at the last minute for a literal medical emergency…and it’s pretty hard to be mad at that! So given some pretty non-ideal circumstances that were out of everyone’s control, KZ did a good job of making the most of it. Everyone who went had a great time and spoke very highly of the guides, as well as generally how the entire activity is organized. It always felt like safety was prioritized, followed closely by fun and adventure! There are options on various ziplines to go hands-free, upside down, or fly superman style, which the guides will encourage you to do (because it’s fun!), but people are really in control of how they want to experience the zipline tour. Special shoutout to T and Chance, who were my group’s guides, who were hilarious and kept the whole group entertained the entire time!

Ed and Jenelle were awesome zip guides! I highly recommend this zip tour. Super intense long fast zips through the rainforest. unfortunately Ed got lost in the jungle at the end but i’m sure he will find his way back to the office

I have always wanted to try a Zipline adventure and Koloa Zipline in Kaui was a fantastic first experience. Freddy and T were our guides and both did a fantastic job of educating us on how to properly Zipline, making sure everyone was safe and teaching us about the features of the land around us as we “ziplined” in beautiful Kaui. I found this to be a wonderful way to see parts of Kaui I would not have been able to see. Communication, check-in and equipment were top notch and I said before, Freddy and T were awesome. If you are wondering if you should do this or not, I say don’t hesitate, do it! My son and I had the best time. I even went hands free at one point and it was exhilarating! Thank you Freddy and T and to everyone else at Koloa Zipline. I hope to try again one day.
