There is no bathroom available during the tour as we will be on a kayak/SUP. Bathrooms are available before and after tour.
That the tour will go ahead whether or not there is rain, you will be notified if the tour is actually canceled by the time the tour begins.

It truly was a really fun experience ! Just a heads up expect to get soaked I would suggest wearing a swimsuit and leave a cover up and a towel in the instructors truck! Your arms do get tired after a while as well overall it was a very great experience though.

I want to state why I gave 3/5 stars is mainly because I felt mislead by the pictures of the tour showing clear kayaks with lights. It's the entire reason I booked this specific tour. When we arrived, there were no clear kayaks, and only a couple rope led lights available, and given headlamps. The tour is on the very busy Miami River, with yachts and boats passing on both sides very often, causing big waves as they pass you and can cause a little anxiety, especially for newbies to paddling. 2 people kayaks. Set up took about 40 minutes and getting into the water was a little sketchy, with a huge drop off and a small metal ladder into the water you need to climb down and very carefully drop in your kayak or SUP. With that said, the tour itself was great and the guide was great at communicating, kept up with the group, provided guidance, and made a point to chat with each and every person on the tour. Although I was disappointed with the kayaks not being clear as it appears on this listing, the experience was great and was a really nice way to see the city skyline and look at some awesome boats and yachts from the river. I really hope the listing will be updated to show the actual kayaks being used on this tour, as well as every boat given LED lights as advertised. Otherwise, this was a great tour and would have given 5 stars otherwise without the misleading ad.

Hi Brittney thank you so much for booking with us. Very sorry you were disappointed about the clear kayaks. Our description does say that we no longer use clear kayaks for safety reasons. Basically the clear kayak are pieces of crap to be very frank. It's like sitting in a bowl. If water gets in your kayak then water stays inside your kayak. They are only comfortable if you weigh less than 100lbs which is almost no one. Also the lights are only for the people that sign up for l.e.d. kayaking. We have two listing one for l.e.d. kayaking and one without l.e.d. lights. If only two people from our group of ten sign up for l.e.d. kayaking only two people will receive lights. Sorry again for any confusion. I'm happy you were able to enjoy your time on the water with us.
