We were excited to view the Chicago Shoreline from Lake Michigan so we arrived early enough to secure a shaded seat but were very disappointed with the tour. Unfortunately, another rather large tour group was also on our boat. Their tour guide and guests were extremely loud in their gathered groups so it was difficult to hear and appreciate the boat's information. Some of the guests in this tour group were rude and blocked our views of the shoreline because they hung over our seats to take selfies. Another member of that group tried to shove us in to crowd our seat and then argued about use of an umbrella. The shoreline cruise company should manage and control outside tour groups and insist they sit away from other guests.

This is an enormous lake whose water appears to be blue just like that of sea. Hundreds of yatches and private cruises throng the bay. People stand in ques to book a cruise ticket. A pleasant experience not to forget ever. It is Saturday and most Americans have holiday. Visitors of all ages from children & toddler to old men, youths, couples and family groups come and see the splendid vista of lake Michigan which sports sea-like view. There is Navy Pier. Merry Go Rounds, and gigantic Wheel continuously add delight and thrilling experience to the customers. A nice place to see.
