Booked this tour through viator. Got to Chicago this morning and it is POURING DOWN RAIN. Waited until closer to tour time and called the company. It's still pouring down rain but they said they don't cancel tours. The boats dont have a cover/canopy. I'm not afraid of a little rain and being uncomfortable, but this is ridiculous. Not cancelling is their way of being able to not refund your money. Viator called on my behalf too. Told them I could change dates but that's a conflict with other tours. Viator decided to take the hit and refunded my money because of the lack of logic here. Very frustrating. Viator gets 5 stars....this tour company gets zero.

My boyfriend and I took this at noon, the sunshine was really good but the strong wind made us cold. Such a wonderful view.
