Emerald Bay State Park
The Ultimate Half Day Tour departs at 7:00 am, and focuses on the best of Tahoeā€™s South and West Shore areas. Our journey begins at a beautiful secluded Tahoe beach, shadowed by spectacular Mt.Tallac. Across the river is an Eagle sanctuary, and you will be able to view and photograph different species of local birds, and possibly even a bear. As the mountains and lakes beckon, our adventures continues to back country lakes and spectacular waterfalls. Above the falls, another high country lake awaits our arrival. Climbing 2,000 feet above Tahoe to a high country ridgeline, gives you amazing views. Continuing to one of the most photographed locations in North America, Emerald Bay. Tahoe Photo Tours will take you to special locations to avoid the crowds.

Sugar Pine State Park
Sugar Pine Point State Park contains one of the finest remaining natural areas on Lake Tahoe. With nearly two miles of lake frontage, the park has dense forests of pine, fir, aspen and juniper. Constructed in 1903, the property is one of the finest examples of a by-gone era of summer retreats found along the shores of Lake Tahoe. With crystal clear waters and up to 24 inch pine cones this is a must see location.

We wanted to take one day off from our week if skiing and read the reviews for this photographic tour which were fantastic. They did not exaggerate how terrific it was. It became the highlight of our trip. Our guide, Keith, was incredibly knowledgeable about local history and where to find spots for great photos. He is also a wonderful conversationalist as is his lovely wife, Robbin. You will always remember this day.

This was the best tour ever. Keith took me to tucked away treasures of Lake Tahoe. We went around the whole lake and took pictures of the most beautiful sights. Definitely a must tour even if youā€™re just using your iPhone camera !!!!!

Hello Tahoe Photographic Tours guest, Thank you for taking the time to submit your review. It was a pleasure spending the day with you and sharing some of the most beautiful spots that late Tahoe has to offer. Many of our guests get great pictures with only their iPhone. But it doesn't hurt having a professional photographer like myself taking pictures of the scenery and the guests as well. That is a very special gift I include on my tours that no one offers anywhere! Thank you again for the great review and we look forward to your next visit.

Wow. If Lake Tahoe wasn't beautiful enough already, Keith will definitely help you explore all the best spots around the lake. I can't speak highly enough of how fantastic Keith and Robbin were to organize and make my experience one I will surly never forget. He is truly a professional through and through both from a photography standpoint and his ability to make you feel at home and learn all about the fun history and landmarks of Lake Tahoe. On top of all of this we captured some of the most amazing photos, some that I will be showing off for years to come. I really hope I get another oppertunity to work with Keith in the future, thank you so much for making my trip one to remember!

Hello Tahoe Photographic Tours guest, Thank you for taking the time to submit such a great review. Even though the weather was challenging, that didn't slow us down one bit. Often bad weather equals great photography and that was definitely the case on your tour. From witnessing people actually Surfing at Sand Harbor to watching the sky light up with colors of red, orange, and purple, it was an amazing day. I'm glad you enjoyed some of the unique history Lake Tahoe has to offer. It was my pleasure to share with you what I like to call the" Real Tahoe". Thank you again for the excellent review, and we look forward to you possibly returning in the fall.
