What To Expect

Emerald Bay State Park

The Ultimate Half Day Tour departs at 7:00 am, and focuses on the best of Tahoe’s South and West Shore areas. Our journey begins at a beautiful secluded Tahoe beach, shadowed by spectacular Mt.Tallac. Across the river is an Eagle sanctuary, and you will be able to view and photograph different species of local birds, and possibly even a bear. As the mountains and lakes beckon, our adventures continues to back country lakes and spectacular waterfalls. Above the falls, another high country lake awaits our arrival. Climbing 2,000 feet above Tahoe to a high country ridgeline, gives you amazing views. Continuing to one of the most photographed locations in North America, Emerald Bay. Tahoe Photo Tours will take you to special locations to avoid the crowds.

Sugar Pine State Park

Sugar Pine Point State Park contains one of the finest remaining natural areas on Lake Tahoe. With nearly two miles of lake frontage, the park has dense forests of pine, fir, aspen and juniper. Constructed in 1903, the property is one of the finest examples of a by-gone era of summer retreats found along the shores of Lake Tahoe. With crystal clear waters and up to 24 inch pine cones this is a must see location.

When you go to Tahoe, TAKE THIS TOUR! January 4th, Keith took us on an adventure of a lifetime. There were only 4 of us on the tour that day. It was an intimate unique journey with unexpected surprises and breathtaking moments, courtesy of Mother Nature and our guide Keith. Keith’s enthusiasm and dedication to making this tour special for his guests was so special. He takes you places that no one else has access to - hidden gems that his years of experience have uncovered - and shares those “OH WOW!” moments with you as if he too is a guest on this journey. HE makes this special. You will start day as a customer, and end the day as dear friends. It’s an unscripted day that you will never forget. The pictures are amazing - on your IPhone, point and shoot camera or high end camera. I can’t wait to go back and spend the day with my new friend Keith. Don’t miss this. DO IT!

My wife and I recently spent the most wonderful day touring around Lake Tahoe with Keith Price. Expecting a good tour based on other reviews, we were both overwhelmed at Keith's knowledge of the area and his ability to capture the beauty of the lake and preserve our memories with amazing photographs of us and our surroundings. Keith is a very nice man with a great story to tell of his years in the area. Robin, his wife, went out of her way to provide us with the best experience with her husband and even delivered beautiful pine cones (huge ones) to our hotel the following day. This tour was the highlight of our trip and we recommend it to anyone wanting to see Lake Tahoe at its best while having a great time with this incredible tour guide.
