What To Expect

Emerald Bay State Park

The Ultimate Half Day Tour departs at 7:00 am, and focuses on the best of Tahoe’s South and West Shore areas. Our journey begins at a beautiful secluded Tahoe beach, shadowed by spectacular Mt.Tallac. Across the river is an Eagle sanctuary, and you will be able to view and photograph different species of local birds, and possibly even a bear. As the mountains and lakes beckon, our adventures continues to back country lakes and spectacular waterfalls. Above the falls, another high country lake awaits our arrival. Climbing 2,000 feet above Tahoe to a high country ridgeline, gives you amazing views. Continuing to one of the most photographed locations in North America, Emerald Bay. Tahoe Photo Tours will take you to special locations to avoid the crowds.

Sugar Pine State Park

Sugar Pine Point State Park contains one of the finest remaining natural areas on Lake Tahoe. With nearly two miles of lake frontage, the park has dense forests of pine, fir, aspen and juniper. Constructed in 1903, the property is one of the finest examples of a by-gone era of summer retreats found along the shores of Lake Tahoe. With crystal clear waters and up to 24 inch pine cones this is a must see location.

We spent a full day with Keith touring around Lake Tahoe. He showed us many spots that we would not have found on our own. The views were incredible. We were able to take many pictures on our own, but Keith also made sure to take plenty pictures of us. In one day, we got to see beautiful scenery, hear interesting stories about the region, learn photography tips, and have an album of photos for the family. I would say this is one of the best tours we have ever had. Just a great experience and an awesome day! Thank you Keith and Robin.

Keith was the nicest person ever. my wife and i had booked a tour together with my 2 y/o daughter. we brought our car seat and installed it in his SUV , there were 2 other tourist with us. This is best tour in lake tahoe. we circled the entire lake with awesome stops for awesome views taken by an awesome Keith. Pictures were amazing. HiGHLy recommended!!!!

Keith and Robin went above and beyond to make sure I got to not only the best sights, but exclusive ones as well. They are both incredibly nice and welcoming people who had great stories to tell while we drove between sights. Not only did I take over 300 pictures myself, but Keith sent me the beautiful ones that he took and edited a day later. If I ever go back to Lake Tahoe, I'll definitely be giving them a call.
