Lamar Valley Safari Hiking Tour with Lunch

Overview
Yellowstone Hiking Guides safely leads hiking groups into the Lamar Valley on a wildlife viewing day hike tour.

Our guides are experts and fun is a top priority. Regularly, we spot wolves and other rare wildlife from the trail in the backcountry of Yellowstone.

Most tour providers in Yellowstone spend the majority of the day on the road, or very close to the road. Our tours are off the beaten path.

Frequently our guests tell us that a tour with us is the best part of their vacation to Yellowstone.

Wonderful hike. Andrew was very knowledgeable throughout. Near the end, I had heat exhaustion and he knew exactly what to do for me. Recommend this hike.

You guys suck. You booked two tours for me over for an a half hours from my hotel. That means I wouldā€™ve been commuting nine hours to each of these excursions. I will never use you again I will tell as many people as I can not to use you.

Hi Mike. I am a little confused. Your tour is in one month. You called the other day and I moved you to a tour closer to Wilson, Wyoming. If you would like to cancel the tour altogether please let me know.

This was a fantastic tour and we had a great tour guide, Alex. Alex was well informed, polite, friendly, and fun. The hike was roughly 7.5 miles and we stopped for lunch by the river. Lunch was a simple sandwich but it was quite tasty in the heat of the day! Snacks were also provided which was greatly appreciated. Iā€™d HIGHLY Recommend this tour to anyone looking to get out of the tourist areas and get the real feel of a pioneer.
