  • You must present a valid photo ID on the day of the activity. If you are not a US citizen, you must present a valid passport
  • Tour stops vary
  • The tour operator reserves the right to refuse anyone who becomes too intoxicated or disturbs other guests
  • You must wear appropriate cocktail attire to be admitted to nightclubs. Dress codes are strictly enforced. Men should wear slacks, dress shoes, and button down shirts; jackets and ties are optional. Women should wear dresses or skirts/slacks and blouses and high-heeled shoes. Jeans, sneakers, flip-flops, t-shirts, hats, beachwear, and sweats are not allowed.
  • You will receive confirmation of your exact tour start time and meeting location 72 hours prior to your scheduled tour

“bus ride with complimentary drinks”,”bus stocked with free flowing cocktails “ ...this is what is printed on travelocity & is incorrect. Turnt up tours sends u correct information ater you paid. No refunds. Notified both parties of error. No correction done.

Vicki, we are sorry for any confusion. We are not sure where this is advertised on Travelocity as we have not served, sold, or provided alcohol on tours for over 3 years. I recall our phone conversation and we did let you know that our tours are BYOB- bring your own booze. It is also listed on our website.

This is by far the worst experience with a club crawl. Our Las Vegas tour guide told us to be at a certain location at a certain time. 1130. We were there at that time. She said they left at 1121. We were left behind. She was not there. She left without us. Said that she had “customers to worry about. ” I told her we were her customers. She hung up. After Paying for the party bus left, the host told us to pay for a cab. It was an extra 15 bucks. Luckily we were with another couple left behind. So we split it. . After paying for the crawl and the bus, paying the extra cost was not only frustrating but made the tour cost more than we had agreed to pay. i Was disappointed. After calling the main line, The owner called me and put me in contact with the guide. We met back with the group and had the night we should have afterwards. This club crawl was just too much work. Not enough time at clubs and just worrying about missing the bus. I would pass.

Hello, we're extremely sorry you were not able to make the first party bus ride. After speaking to our staff and the other guests on the tour it sounds like there was some miscommunication. Our hosts are at the meet up location (in this case the bottom on the escalators at Venetian casino lobby) 10 minutes prior to departing for the bus (11:30 pm). Unfortunately we do have to stick to the itinerary and cannot wait for late arrivals. Luckily our company lets guests meet up with the tour at any point during the tour to join the rest of the group. Thanks for the feedback.
