This year there is an all-new water playground in LEGO® City this Summer: Guests will be able to build and race a LEGO boat, splash on a water slide and be doused by a giant water bucket!

• Round trip bus transportation is provided from Port Authority Bus Terminal New York City: 625 8th Avenue New York, NY
• Port Authority gate for transportation to LEGOLAND New York is 409. Please check board at terminal to confirm.
• Must visit ticket booths at Port Authority to obtain bus ticket located 1st floor, South building, Booths 11-15.
• Please check https://www.legoland.com/new-york/ for any updates.
• Must visit the park on scheduled date.
• The bus departs Port Authority at 9:30 AM, 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM. Return buses from LEGOLAND New York are at 3:45 PM, 5 PM and 6:15 PM.
Please note: on Saturdays and Sundays ONLY, there is also a 7:15 PM bus option.

Just awful. First huge lines to pass 2 metal detectors. Overpriced tickets. NO SHADE ! I mean none. No covid distancing. Jammed like sardines in ‘brick factory’ waiting line for an hour. Rides are stupid cars looking at a video screen. No moving characters or models. Then park ran out of overpriced food. Seriously. Benches had no sun umbrellas. Then at the end you are at bottom of hill you need to climb!! Finale -$27 parking fee! Stay away from this money pit hell hole.

Where to start…. The park has great themes and some good rides, but everything is spaced out. It tends to be a lot of walking, might need a shuttle and more seating with shade throughout the park. The rides lines were very long with no options. We stayed in the hotel and could not get checked in until 730 at night, for the money we paid we should have had a red carpet and champagne welcome. The food lines were long and the food was a little expensive. Also, I would think for the price that the hotel guests would get a separate entrance rather than waiting in yet another long line. The hotel guests should also get a line pass for some of the bigger rides or perhaps a separate park time for the hotel guests before or after the regular park times. When all said and done our son had a great time and we didn’t let the adult stuff taint his legoland experience. We realize the hotel is new, so maybe charge a little less until you get the wrinkles ironed out. For these reasons I will not recommend the hotel to anyone in the near future.

Stayed at the hotel. 4 check in We didn’t get a room until 5. Some people couldn’t until 8:00 or 10:30. We stayed 2 nights because we planned one day to go to the pool. Not open. The food options were very good for an amusement park. All of the themed details were great. Had some things to work on for sure but all in all we had fun.
