1 no hotel access to park cant walk through hotel to park- need to take a 10 minute walk around to entrance with everyone else 2 no special entrance lines for hotel guests - crazy walk and lines to get in are endless 3 no shade, no misters 4 parking people make you park far away and don’t tell you if a hotel guest can park closer 5 housekeeping erratic, not done often 6 poor design- walks are hours in park- no shortcuts, trolleys, shuttles - nothing 7 lines are insane- no fast pass options 8 hotel has no connecting rooms- rooms are ok not great 9 fridge died and hotel said tough luck basically - 10 hotel didn’t give linen for one kids bed- 11 price- these prices are for a Hawaiian resort with beachside access, with personal butler prices - THOUSANDS of $$ for a stay maybe worth $300 12 views- room views are 2 options A) dumpsters B) parking lot 13 prices for food/drink are even crazier than Disney 14 staff friendly for most part -they are TRYING but only so much they can do - 15 they're new so some leeway is understandable but whoever designed the park should be publicly flogged

I visited LegoLand NY today (Monday August 16th) with family and friends. If it wasn’t for my 6 year old son being so excited, I would have left as soon as we got out of the car. The line to let people is was completely ridiculous! There were no instructions on where to go or what to do. After we waited 45 minutes to get in the park we were then met with several broken rides, miserable staff, under staff ride shut downs, and unreasonable ride wait times. The only places that had proper staffing, were places that took additional money above the park entry fees. The restaurants, paid rides, (yes, I said paid rides after a $70 admission fee) and the Lego store exiting the park had staffing to accommodate the demand. Finally, you couldn’t leave the park until you paid a $10 parking fee. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen! You have to pay to get out! I will never visit again.
