• Round trip bus transportation is provided from Port Authority Bus Terminal New York City: 625 8th Avenue New York, NY
• Port Authority gate for transportation to LEGOLAND New York is 409. Please check board at terminal to confirm.
• Must visit ticket booths at Port Authority to obtain bus ticket located 1st floor, South building, Booths 11-15.
• Please check https://www.legoland.com/new-york/ for any updates.
• Must visit the park on scheduled date.
• The bus departs Port Authority at 9:30 AM, 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM. Return buses from LEGOLAND New York are at 3:45 PM, 5 PM and 6:15 PM.
Please note: on Saturdays and Sundays ONLY, there is also a 7:15 PM bus option.

Upon arrival, we where very lucky to find parking close to the entrance- this park has a lot of walking involved- recommended for children under 4 to cart along a stroller or wagon, for there is a lot of hilly walks. Pack iced water and some snacks that don't require hand touching- like a banana or cheese sticks- with all the walking and rides, the kids work up thirst and hunger. Park is perfect for toddlers and adults, lots of age appropriate rides such as the Lego boat ride, toddler go karting, and the mini lego playground. Recommend arriving to the park about 11am- by this time place is fully staffed and rides are easy to go on a few times before the crowds build up around 1 or 2pm. Plenty of bathrooms and places to grab something to eat, the Lego shop is pricey, but expected. Overall, very fun place, my 2.5 year old had a blast and we will make an effort to come back again!

Everything was beautiful and super clean! We got there a few minutes before the park opened to make sure we had a parking spot close to the entrance so we didn’t have to walk far when leaving. Upon the park opening it seemed they didn’t have enough staff to have all the rides open, there were about 2/3 rides that we couldn’t get on because there was no attendant. They have attendants in every bathroom area whom make sure bathrooms are cleaned at all times, when you purchase an item in any of the stores they take your name and phone number to hold it at the mini shop so you can enjoy the park all day and pick it up on your way out. The movie theater was super fun and interactive. Some more downfalls we’re the all you can eat buffet didn’t have much of a selection and the selection they did have wasn’t great definitely wasn’t worth it. The refills sections had no ice so they had an attendant at all of them with ice baskets to give you ice. The sodas in the machine were watered down so the best options were juice or water. All in all we had a great time even with these few minor complaints we walked the park twice to assure we did everything.

The park was beautiful, clean and easy to navigate. The staff was so friendly and readily available to help. Side note: if you purchase items from around the park you can have them sent to the entrance for pick up when you leave. That way you do not have to carry bags around. They are cashless so you will need to have debit or credit cards with you. Overall an amazing experience and highly recommended.
