Children can then head to LEGO® City to expand their imaginations and earn their very own LEGOLAND® Driver’s License at Driving School, team up to save the day at Fire Rescue Academy and catch LEGO movies in 4D at Palace Cinema.
This year there is an all-new water playground in LEGO® City this Summer: Guests will be able to build and race a LEGO boat, splash on a water slide and be doused by a giant water bucket!

• Round trip bus transportation is provided from Port Authority Bus Terminal New York City: 625 8th Avenue New York, NY
• Port Authority gate for transportation to LEGOLAND New York is 409. Please check board at terminal to confirm.
• Must visit ticket booths at Port Authority to obtain bus ticket located 1st floor, South building, Booths 11-15.
• Please check https://www.legoland.com/new-york/ for any updates.
• Must visit the park on scheduled date.
• The bus departs Port Authority at 9:30 AM, 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM. Return buses from LEGOLAND New York are at 3:45 PM, 5 PM and 6:15 PM.
Please note: on Saturdays and Sundays ONLY, there is also a 7:15 PM bus option.

Wow. Incredibly disappointed in LEGOLAND NY. I booked a trip and spent thousands (yes plural) of dollars for a total of four days. I knew it was a splurge but it was a surprise for my kids. I was incredibly disappointed to learn the resort style pool - a major attraction given the package only included two days at the park - would not be open during our stay. I found this out accidentally by going to the website; there was no communication from LEGOLAND NY. I called right away and learned I didn't have the ability to move my reservation because that window had closed. Convenient for them, especially since they charge an incremental $75 to rebook and would not accept responsibility for THEIR lack of communication. They also could not provide me with a date for when the pool would be open. It's unfortunate because I think the world of LEGO - but this has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The park itself is pretty lame relative to other major amusement parks, but good for younger kids.

Family of four-two teens and disabled Army Veteran spouse in a wheelchair. Not many things for teenagers to do. Not disable friendly… In order to go down to the pirate ground, you have to push or have a motorized wheel chair. Then push it up the hill…NOT friendly for individuals without motorized wheelchairs. Will not, nor recommend this park for children or individuals with disabilities.

Haven’t even been yet but am having a terrible experience with the customer service. I pre purchased admission tickets 4 weeks in advance and need some adjustments made. They responded to me 1x in a span of 3 weeks after sending multiple messages to them and the 1 response was sorely inadequate. Not looking forward to going anymore. Mad I spent so much money already and am already frustrated
