• Round trip bus transportation is provided from Port Authority Bus Terminal New York City: 625 8th Avenue New York, NY
• Port Authority gate for transportation to LEGOLAND New York is 409. Please check board at terminal to confirm.
• Must visit ticket booths at Port Authority to obtain bus ticket located 1st floor, South building, Booths 11-15.
• Please check https://www.legoland.com/new-york/ for any updates.
• Must visit the park on scheduled date.
• The bus departs Port Authority at 9:30 AM, 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM. Return buses from LEGOLAND New York are at 3:45 PM, 5 PM and 6:15 PM.
Please note: on Saturdays and Sundays ONLY, there is also a 7:15 PM bus option.

Great place! Clean, friendly staff, and over all just lots of fun for kids and adults. We loved it! I hope it expands further for the next time we come visit.

We had a great time at LEGOLAND. Everything was clean, well run, and the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. This is definitely for littler kids or lego enthusiasts but I think most would enjoy it. The food and drinks are expensive like at every theme park, no different and the food is better than six flags. Also there is a lot of walking but less than most theme parks which definitely makes it doable with little kids. We will be going back!

We went when it was a humid 90 degrees on a weekday. Entering the park went smoothly and exiting the park was quite easy if you purchase parking ahead of time. It's true that there aren't any shady areas to momentarily cool off under, but most rides had some covered areas to wait under. Most definitely wear sunscreen and a hat. But if you really needed to cool down, just walk into the gift shop that's open in every "city" of the park. The food is as expected over priced and few indoor eating options. Royal Feast food court was the best option for us, but it's limited outdoor seating, so it was a race to get the next empty table-- Almost like vultures hanging around to catch the next empty table. 😀 Some rides were closed or closed early due to whatever reason that were not disclosed to us. The Dragon rollercoaster which is best for teens closed early and my boys only got to ride it once. Bathrooms are everywhere. There are water refill stations found throughout the park, but it's not cold and had a weird aftertaste. They have a deal where you buy one of their souvenir cups and can have unlimited refills for the day. Apparently, it can be used again at your next visit for smaller nominal fee. We eventually ended up getting the souvenir cups and refilling multiple times throughout the day that it ended up paying for itself. Unfortunately, I think the ice machine at the refill stations were overused, that it broke down in the middle of the day. The poor staff manning the refill stations had to break down blocks of ice from giant buckets. And then they ran out of ice cream at Granny's Apple fries, so we couldn't experience the apple fries with their ice cream- would have been a nice treat on such a hot and humid day. Overall, my kids had fun despite some rides being closed. It was just nice to be out despite the heat and humidity.
