The park is very clean, even the bathrooms. The staff is very friendly. The ride wait times aren't too bad. (I haven't gone on a weekend.) The only complaint I have is the price of food. It's always high at amusement parks but (for instance) $24.99 for a pizza buffet? That's ridiculous. I wasn't annoyed enough by it to take away a star since we were there mainly to ride rides and walk around. I love that there's hand sanitizer and water fountains everywhere to fill our souvenir cups. I wish there were more drink stations.

I just expected more. When we were there two rides went down literally when we where the next to go onto the ride. Two other rides were shut down completely. What was open - places to spend even more money like all the food stands and the shops. We spent close to $400.00 dollars for 3 adults and 1 child. We left 6 hours later with the feeling we were duped and never will attend any of the Legoland amusement parks. In total we probably spent close to $700 with the food and tshirts my nephew wanted. The only "ride" that was good was the 3d movie. Save your money for another activity!

Do yourself a favor and wait until next year to go. We’ve been to Legoland in Florida twice and this doesn’t even come close! We paid full price admission for a park that is not fully operational. 2 main attractions closed and various rides closing throughout the day due to staffing issues. Food stands are a disaster as well. Tried to buy fried apples and was told the fryer was down. Tried to buy a pretzel and was told they weren’t ready because they had to make them. Was also told a hot dog would take half an hour lol. Couldn’t even buy a water on a hot day because they "ran out". Finally got food and people were fighting over outdoor tables as there is limited seating. There aren’t many rides in the park so when you are trying to take your kids on a ride and it’s closed it’s a bit frustrating, especially when it’s happening all day long! The worst part is just when you think you are done being ripped off you get hit with a $27 parking fee! I think this park has potential and I understand there are staffing issues due to COVID but it is definitely not worth the money spent.
