Wow, be careful buying tickets from this business. I had to cancel the lower antelope canyon due to my friend having surgery and she would have trouble going up and down the stairs. I reached out before cancelling to see if I can get a refund. The business said I would and after several weeks, j never saw the credit in my card. I submitted a dispute and they said it was a strict no cancellation policy. Now I'm trying to get tripadvisor to retrieve the messages so I can submit it to my credit card company. So many other options to choose from so stay away from this business. I make it a point to tell everyone which tour company to avoid.

After driving 4 hours out of our way for this tour (and after the company already rescheduled the tour time the day before, making this even more inconvenient for us), we were told the tour had been cancelled and we should have received an email. No email was received and I received this text message as we were pulling into parking lot for the tour. No accommodations were provided. I asked if I could look around the souvenir shop at least and was told no, that they were closed for the day. I understand weather is an issue that we cannot change but the weather had been windy all day long. The tour should have been canceled 1st thing in the morning and that would have saved many of us (there was a large group of people there for the tour) hours of a wasted trip and the valuable time one has on a vacation. We lost over 8 hours of our last day of vacation that we will never get back. There were so many other things we could have done and experienced instead... just very disappointed in how the whole situation was handled.
